Winter Conference Sponsorship
VAWS will host a Winter Conference during the month of March each year. This annual conference will incorporate workshops and/or presentations as well as a Business meeting for members.
Sponsorships in excess of the cost of the Annual meeting will be used to support the mission of our non-profit including the offering of workshops, trainings and scholarships for memberships or other educational opportunities for members.
Sponsorship of the 2025 Annual Meeting will include:
• Sponsor’s name and logo included in Program
• Space to set up a display poster of your business/organization
• Thank you recognition signs on display at the Annual Meeting
• Verbal recognition during the Business Meeting portion of the event
• Thank you recognition included in our newsletters and on our homepage.
